About the Service

XennTool Cloud is an online workspace that provides calculators across business & productivity, education & academic, financial & investing, health & wellness, and other categories. The Service is operated by XennTool Cloud, a company organized under Delaware law ("we", "us", or "our").

We offer a curated suite of calculator templates, allow exporting or downloading results when supported, and provide optional account management plus pro-grade experiences for subscribers. Each calculator includes documented assumptions and logic so you can trace how outputs are derived.

Eligibility & Acceptance

You may use the Service only if you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you are using the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf, and you have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract. If you act on behalf of an entity, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity.

We may refuse service or request verification if we detect fraudulent or suspicious activity. These Terms may be revised at any time; changes take effect when posted with a new Last updated date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service lawfully, within published usage limits, and without infringing the rights of third parties. Use the Service in a manner that keeps the platform available for all users.

Prohibited behaviors include reverse engineering, excessive automation, defeating security protections, using the Service to build competing offerings without written consent, submitting unlawful content, sending spam, or overloading infrastructure.

We monitor runs per account or IP address to detect abuse. If usage is deemed excessive, automated, or harmful, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your access temporarily or permanently.

Accounts & Security

Account registration requires accurate, current information and secure credentials. Update your data promptly when it changes and avoid sharing your login details.

If you suspect unauthorized access, notify legal@XennTool.cloud immediately. For some tiers, we may require multi-factor authentication or additional proof of identity to keep accounts safe.

Features, usage caps, and support offerings vary between free, trial, and paid plans as described on pricing pages.

Calculator Inputs, Outputs & User Content

You retain rights in your inputs but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process them for operating, maintaining, improving, and supporting the Service. Aggregated and anonymized inputs may inform product decisions.

Outputs are generated automatically and may include assumptions or rounding. They are provided as-is and may not reflect your exact circumstances, regulations, or conversions. You are responsible for verifying and validating outputs before acting on them.

The Service is not a substitute for professional advice on finance, health, legal, or other significant decisions.

We may store inputs and outputs temporarily for history, exports, or reuse, and we delete or anonymize data once it is no longer needed while complying with applicable laws.

Privacy & Cookies

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy, which details the categories of data collected, how it is used, and the rights you possess over it.

Analytics logs (IP, browser, device, timestamps, feature usage) support security, abuse prevention, and performance improvements. We retain this data only as long as necessary for those purposes.

Cookies keep you logged in, remember preferences, measure usage, and enable security features. Manage cookies through your browser or preference settings, but blocking required cookies may limit functionality.

Paid Plans, Billing & Refunds

Paid plans authorize us to charge your payment method at the posted price, frequency, and currency, and subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. We notify you before each renewal so you can decide whether to continue.

Free trials convert to paid plans automatically unless canceled beforehand, and promotional offers (duration, pricing, eligibility) are subject to change or removal.

Cancellations are effective at the end of the billing period; features remain accessible until that date. Fees are non-refundable except when required by law, but we may grant credits or partial refunds at our discretion.

You are responsible for applicable taxes unless they are solely levied on our income.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service (software, logic, calculators, design, text, logos) belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, remove notices, or imply endorsement without permission.

Feedback you provide is licensed to us perpetually, irrevocably, worldwide, and royalty-free for product improvement.

Third-Party Services & Links

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party tools, data providers, APIs, or websites. We do not control, monitor, or endorse their terms or privacy practices, and we are not liable for their availability.

Your interactions with third parties are subject to their own agreements, and you assume responsibility for any data you provide them.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and outputs are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without warranties. We disclaim all implied warranties, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, and we may roll out updates or maintenance that temporarily reduce functionality.

Limitation of Liability

We and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us during the three months before the claim or USD, except where law mandates higher limits. No limitation applies to liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, security risks, non-payment, or discontinuing the Service. When possible we notify you and allow data exports before termination.

You can stop using the Service anytime and delete your account via settings or by emailing legal@XennTool.cloud. Export data you wish to retain before deletion.

Upon termination, access ceases immediately, fees already paid remain non-refundable unless required by law, and ownership, disclaimer, limitation, and governing-law provisions survive.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless XennTool Cloud, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys fees) arising from your use, breach, or infringement.

This includes claims by third parties asserting your activity violated their rights.

Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations without prior written consent; unauthorized assignments are void and may lead to termination. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or law, provided the assignee assumes our obligations.

Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and referenced plan-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding prior communications. No other promises or representations are binding unless in writing.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, we will enforce it to the fullest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions remain in force.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Delaware law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If a jurisdiction requires alternative dispute resolution, we will comply while preserving the rights outlined here.
