XennTool Cloud Privacy Policy

Calculator outputs and explanatory materials are provided solely for general informational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, engineering, investment, or other professional advice.
You are solely responsible for validating outputs and obtaining qualified professional advice prior to making decisions with legal, financial, compliance, safety, health, or operational consequences.
As-Is Service; Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XennTool Cloud disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and accuracy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XennTool Cloud and its affiliates, personnel, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or relating to the Service.
Where liability limitations are not fully excludable, aggregate liability shall be limited to the greater of (a) amounts paid by you directly to XennTool Cloud for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.
User Responsibility and Indemnification
You are responsible for lawful use of the Service, accuracy of submitted information, and compliance with legal, contractual, and policy obligations applicable to your use case.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless XennTool Cloud from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from misuse of the Service, violation of law, violation of third-party rights, or breach of this Policy.
Third-Party Services and External Links
The Service may reference or integrate third-party content, tools, and links. Such services are independent from XennTool Cloud and governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their privacy, security, availability, or compliance practices.
Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product reasons.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from such modifications, interruptions, or discontinuations.
Government Requests and Law Enforcement
We may disclose data where required by law, subpoena, court order, or lawful governmental request, or where disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or legal interests.
Business Transfers

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
No Class Proceedings
To the maximum extent permitted by law, claims related to this Policy or the Service must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, representative, or collective proceeding.
Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy periodically to reflect legal, technical, and operational developments. Revisions become effective upon posting unless a different effective date is specified.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by law.
